Camera-Ready Artwork
If you will be providing artwork, files should be prepared “to size.” (see chart at right for exact dimensions).
All embedded images must be converted to CMYK (not RGB, LAB or indexed color).
Truetype and Multiple Master (MM) fonts are not supported so all fonts should be converted to outlines before sending.
For bleed ads (available with full page ads only), add 3/8" trim to sides and keep live matter 1/4" away from edge.
Advertiser takes full responsibility for the accuracy of supplied files. Art will be published as submitted.
Publisher does not accept responsibility for reproduction when materials supplied do not meet the requested specifications. Publisher assumes no liability for copy errors.
PDF Submissions
Submissions via print-optimized PDFs are preferred. Please ensure that all colors are trapped correctly prior to exporting your PDF since we cannot check detailed trapping in print-quality PDFs. Be sure to pay extra attention to any files created in Adobe Illustrator. |
